Human Inspires’ values are those that drive me every day in my personal and professional life.
Values
I created human Inspires because I wanted to engage in my work with the same passion with which I undertake my personal activities. I’m convinced that a good balance between personal and professional life can be achieved where the same values are lived and embodied in both dimensions, the personal and the professional.
Commitment
The first value of Human Inspires is commitment. Commitment to my customers, to the contracts I sign. The commitment to go all the way and never give up. Commitment is linked to trust. I’m committed because I know I can be counted on at any time.
Quality
Quality is essential in a competitive world, to stand out and be attractive. Giving importance to quality means giving importance to a job well done and to excellence. Quality means attention to detail and care for a satisfying result, and for surpassing oneself.
Passion
Passion is the driving force. There can be no work and no results without a driving force and a motivation that triggers action. Passion means listening to your instincts and intuition, making room for your emotions and welcoming them in every moment.
The missions
“Each individual has a specific talent, often unconscious and unexplored”.
- Helping employees to improve their relationships, job satisfaction and life balance.
- Adding value to companies’ performance and productivity.
- Recognize people’s motivating factors and align them with a coherent professional project, which in turn is part of a life project compatible with their values.
- Contribute to a holistic vision of talent. Every individual has a talent, which clashes with ego and self-confidence, and which, if nurtured and cared for, can prove to be an asset for the individual and for the organization in which the individual evolves and expresses himself.
