Nicoletta CAPPA

A specialist in HR coaching and development, Nicoletta has been working for international organizations for some twenty years, alongside executives, managers and employees who are key players in the company’s challenges.
Nicoletta created Human Inspires in 2019 to develop and share her personal vision and conception of coaching candidates and employees in companies.
Nicoletta holds a Master 2 in Human Resources from IGS Paris, and a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Turin. She is trained and certified in behavioral assessment (DISC, MBTI), and by Kedge Business School in people management and personal development.
She is a certified RNCP Professional Coach and NLP Technician and adheres to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) methodology and deontology, which includes ongoing coach training and regular supervision.
Nicoletta’s career
After starting her career in initial training in Italy, then in the service sector with the Accor group in Paris, Nicoletta began specializing in human resources in 2006, first with Boyden Executive Search in Paris, then with SFR.
In 2012 she joined the HR department of the CMA CGM group in Marseille, where she heads the recruitment department. As a member of the HR Steering Committee, she defines the Group’s talent recruitment policy and integrates it into the Group’s human resources strategy.
In 2019, she creates Human Inspires, her HR consulting business, and continues her development in change management, initial and continuing training, and coaching. She is involved in recruitment, HR development, training and individual and group coaching.
Fascinated by continuous learning in the coaching profession, encouraged by her clients’ feedback, motivated by skills development and talent coaching, Nicoletta decided to refocus her business on professional coaching and training.
Why Human Inspires?

A former corporate talent acquisition manager, a trainer and a professional coach, Nicoletta has drawn on her professional and personal experience to design, develop and implement innovative, personalized support for her customers. When she created Human Inspires, she wanted to take the time to better listen to her customers’ needs and help them find passion and satisfaction in their professional activity, in their missions and in everyday life in general..
In creating Human Inspires, Nicoletta knew what she wanted in her professional life. She had a very clear vision of how she wanted to support her customers. But there was one thing she didn’t know: just a few months after launching her business and enrolling in her Coaching training, a major upheaval was about to impact the world: the Covid-19 pandemic.
The pandemic was an unexpected challenge, and at the same time an opportunity to measure ourselves against our comfort zone.
The vision
of Human Inspires was strengthened by this challenge, and confirmed very quickly in the first year of the pandemic. It can be summed up in one statement:
“Each individual has a specific talent, often unconscious and unexplored”.
The mission
of Human Inspires is to help individuals and teams discover, explore and optimize their talent. The aim is to align one’s talent with one’s role at work, provided that the individual is free of personal obstacles and that the chosen professional activity is compatible with one’s deepest values.
The business of Human Inspires stems from the alchemy of three professional and life experiences:
Training
The first experience is training, the oldest in this story. It began in Italy, at the very start of Nicoletta’s professional life, when at the “Eastern School” where she was trained in music and piano, she was a teacher and mentor to younger students. These years were characterized by long exchanges in pairs – teacher, student – made up of music and discipline, but also listening and the search for personal alignment, a sine qua non for learning to play the piano. It was in these contexts that Nicoletta was trained to excel, to surpass herself, to constantly strive for quality and to have a deep sense of detail and individuality.
Recruitment
The second experience is in recruitment, discovered both in companies and in recruitment agencies. For Nicoletta, recruitment was the return of this “two-person” dimension: recruiter and candidate, face-to-face. In this part of her experience, she has developed the ability to listen to customers and the extraordinary, inexhaustible challenge of matching their needs with the candidates available on the market.
Coaching
The third experience is the “youngest” of the three: coaching, which adds a complementary cap to the other two activities and enriches the worlds that are part of them.
For Nicoletta, coaching represents the discovery of a powerful tool that opens the doors behind which lie the ambitions of each individual. Coaching has enabled her to understand “how” to move towards her clients’ goals, how to unleash the capacities that are present in every individual but are sometimes hidden or inhibited by limiting beliefs or other mechanisms that prevent results from being achieved.
