Training engineering
This consists in designing training modules and programs tailored to a specific need or theme. This specialty includes :
- Setting SMART learning objectives,
- Building tailor-made modules based on recognized theoretical references, bibliographies and research studies, case studies and field experience,
- Implementing a pedagogy adapted to the audiences concerned, integrating digital and participative tools, as well as traditional methods,
- Delivering face-to-face and synchronous and asynchronous distance learning modules, to anticipate the management of different learning times throughout the training experience.
Training facilitation
This involves delivering training face-to-face, in a training room or remotely on a digital platform. This specialty includes :
- Application of the teaching scenario and its adaptation to contextual hazards,
- Establishing contact and a bond with learners,
- Listening to customers and taking their expectations into account,
- Achievement of the set pedagogical objective,
- Hot and cold assessment of their skills.
