Training engineering

This consists in designing training modules and programs tailored to a specific need or theme. This specialty includes :

  • Setting SMART learning objectives,
  • Building tailor-made modules based on recognized theoretical references, bibliographies and research studies, case studies and field experience,
  • Implementing a pedagogy adapted to the audiences concerned, integrating digital and participative tools, as well as traditional methods,
  • Delivering face-to-face and synchronous and asynchronous distance learning modules, to anticipate the management of different learning times throughout the training experience.

Training facilitation

This involves delivering training face-to-face, in a training room or remotely on a digital platform. This specialty includes :

  • Application of the teaching scenario and its adaptation to contextual hazards,
  • Establishing contact and a bond with learners,
  • Listening to customers and taking their expectations into account,
  • Achievement of the set pedagogical objective,
  • Hot and cold assessment of their skills.
