A first meeting was enough for me to know that Nicoletta was the right person to support me in my project, of which the skills assessment was a part. Very perceptive from the outset, she was able to clearly explain the objectives, the course of the assessment and the different formulas proposed. Nicoletta is very professional and offers quality support. Together we can choose the most suitable formula and manage my expectations to optimize results. A skills assessment is an ongoing process, so it’s important to be able to discuss things openly with the person accompanying you, and that’s exactly what I was able to do with Nicoletta, who was always ready to listen..
